Natalie was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. In my 25 years as a Realtor and Loan Officer I have worked with literally hundreds of escrow professionals and Natalie’s level of service stood out significantly. She went far beyond what I would normally expect. She was responsive, proactive, thorough, and consistently willing to go the extra mile to keep everything moving. When issues came up, she did not simply pass them along. She stayed engaged, followed through, communicated clearly, and helped get things resolved. What impressed me most was how much she genuinely seemed to care about the transaction and the people involved. That combination of competence, urgency, communication, and personal ownership is rare. Natalie made a complicated process easier and gave me confidence that things were being handled properly every step of the way. I would work with Natalie again without hesitation (and I do!). She deserves every bit of this "10". Highly recommended.

I’ve now worked with Mirella on more than five transactions, and she has quickly become my go-to Escrow Officer whenever a new transaction doesn’t already have escrow in place. Her attention to detail is fantastic, and she consistently goes above and beyond with her communication to make sure all parties are on the same page and transactions move forward smoothly.
