It's not fun doing something when you have no understanding of the process. Tricia answered our many question and with a pleasent customer service rapport. She also responded quicker, then I have experienced in a long time, through out the whole process. This helped us to feel as if all of our questions were important. That we were important. A rare thing these days for sure! We are very thankful!
