I have been in the real estate business for a long time. Shawn and Alix are far and away the best title team I have ever worked with. They each bring skills to the table that complement each other perfectly. I can always count on them to be at the top of their game. They are customer service oriented and willing to help their agents with any issues that arise during a transaction. My business would not be what it is today if it weren't for these two dynamic and phenomenal women. Shawn and Alix are unsurpassed in the title and real estate industry in their knowledge and customer service!!! They can share more and teach one more in a couple of hours than you could learn in five years another way. For me, they are my go to people, the best asset on my team, they are quick to respond to a need, have infinite tools and resources and are such a joy to work with, it is my pleasure to work with them and I will continue to work with them on my team as long as I am working in this industry!

Shawn & Alix are the best title team, bar none, in San Diego! They each bring unique skills to my business for which I am forever grateful.
