Moments ago, we closed escrow on one of our listings and it was our first experience working with Amy Towey as our EO / manager. Her service blew my mind and I informed her that she could well be the best escrow officer we have ever worked with. At all times, she was cheerful, enthusiastic, punctual with updates, and just a delight to work with. Her communication was impeccable and always accurate. This particular transaction was a corporate relocation with one of the biggest relo companies in the country and I was able to direct the file from their mandated escrow team to Fidelity and am extremely pleased. My plan is to share this feedback up the chain at the relocation company and see if we could direct more business to Fidelity. Amy was exceptional!

I can hardly say enough good things about Amy. She did a great job as escrow officer in the recent sale of my house. Her calm assurance and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence. She assured me she would let me know when the wire for the money the buyer used to buy the house went in to the bank account. She did that and I was able to immediately verify the deposit went as planned. This was a huge relief. She has been in the escrow business long enough to help someone who hadn’t done a lot of real estate deals with details. That made the sale go smoothly. She was a competent professional who knew her job and a very nice person besides.

I recently purchased a townhouse in San Diego. All through the process Amy @ Fidelity was the grounding force I needed. It's so stressful with the loan application and all the paperwork needed for the mortgage. Amy made the escrow and closing easy, painless, and stress free.
